Mini photo sessions will take place during Sugarplums & Stockings Holiday Market on Sunday November 30, 2025 at Storehouse408 in Cambridge, Ontario.

Package :
10 minute photography session includes 5 edited photos. All edited photos will be provided in a high resolution digital download.
*Additional photos may be available for an additional fee through JJ Losier Photography.
Subjects :
Youself, your children and spouse/partner. Our mini sessions are not intented for multiple families as sessions are only 10 minutes in duration.
Atmosphere :
Backdrop as shown in the listing image.
Please arrive 10 mins before your scheduled timeslot.
No additional time will be provided if you are late or miss your session.
No Refunds will be granted for no shows.

Shipping
At Little Blue Fern, every order is packed with care and attention to detail. We’re a small Canadian business, and we do our best to ensure your handmade items arrive safely and on time.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
During peak seasons (such as market weekends or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. Custom or personalized items may also require additional time.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship within Canada only.
We use Canada Post for Lettermail shipments and for deliveries to P.O. Boxes. For all other orders, we’ll select the shipping or courier service best suited to your order’s size, weight, and destination.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.
Local Pickup (Woodstock, Ontario)
Local pickup is available in Woodstock, Ontario by appointment only.
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup along with address details and instructions.
Orders must be picked up within 14 days of receiving your pickup notification.
If an order is not picked up within this timeframe, it will be cancelled and the full payment forfeited. This policy includes both standard and custom orders, as products are prepared and held exclusively for you.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re unable to pick up your order within 14 days — we may be able to arrange an alternative option at our discretion.
Local Delivery
We periodically offer local deliveries within certain areas of Southwestern Ontario.
If delivery is available in your area, the option will appear at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order leaves our studio, Little Blue Fern is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@littlebluefern.com with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase! Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@littlebluefern.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging (all sides)
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review and make it right—this may include a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion.
Custom & made-to-order products
All custom and made-to-order items will be photographed and emailed to the buyer prior to shipping to ensure the customer is happy before the product leaves our shop!
Non-returnable items
Because of safety, hygiene, and customization, the following are final sale and not returnable or exchangeable:
- Baby items and teethers, pacifier clips, and feeding/silicone dishware
- Body/care products and oils
- Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items
- Gift cards and sale/clearance items
Order changes & cancellations
We begin processing quickly. If you need to cancel or modify an order, email info@littlebluefern.com as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes once production or packing has started.
Shipping issues
- Wrong/insufficient address: If a package is returned to us, we can reship at the buyer’s expense.
- Lost in transit: We’ll help you open a carrier investigation. Resolutions depend on the carrier’s outcome.
- Damage in transit: See “Damaged/defective/incorrect items” above—contact us within 7 days with photos.
